Have you ever watched a live Open Face Chinese (OFC) game? Here is a video of Jennifer Shahade, Jason Mercier and Marek Kolk playing at the Tony Bet Poker OFC World Championship.

It has nothing to do with Hold'em poker. In OFC, you never wait for a good hand since you literally play EVERY HAND. And that is what is fun about Chine Poker!
